For our First Thursday prayer meetings, we recommend using the ACTS (Adoration, Confession, Thanksgiving, Supplication) method of prayer. This month (July 2011), we recommend using the following Bible verses:
(a) Psalms 147:1-20
(c) James 5:16
(t) 1st Thessalonians 5:18
(s) Daniel 9:1-19
After reading the passage, someone should lead in prayer and then allow time for the group to pray for those items.
