Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were uneducated, common men, they were astonished. And they recognized that they had been with Jesus. (Acts 4:13)
Notice that the key is not a seminary degree or even a lot of study. The key is knowing Jesus. Peter and John were both ordinary men. But they had spent time with Jesus and testified about Him.
