A knock on the door
Sometimes you don’t even have to go anywhere to do “as you go” evangelism. Just think of how many times people knock on your door. Delivery men. Mail man. Etc.
Just a minute ago, someone knocked on my door. I went to the door and said “hello.” The woman was like “oh, sorry, I have the wrong house, I am here to pick up my kid from a sleepover.” I said, “oh, that’s ok. Here is a Gospel tract for you. That must be why you came by.” She took the tract and left.
Someone recently told me that they were home resting an injury when there was a knock on the door. They called to the person to come in. It turned out to be a Jehovah’s Witness going door to door. They took all the materials that the JW offered so that they could throw them in the trash and not be given to others in the neighborhood. My friend even invited them to come back and talk more so they could share the Gospel with them again.
